The easiest way to order your personalised oak chopping board is to browse the website and make your selections from the relevant product page(s). Then, simply press or click the Add To Basket button.

When you have the selected the products you require, choose to Checkout, at which point you can commence the checkout process including creating an account, which will allow you to view progress of your order.

Because we offer such a bespoke engraving service, and therefore many options on the order form, if any aspect of your order is unclear or you have requested something a little out of the ordinary we will contact you by phone or email to confirm the details.

We are real people so, unlike many online businesses, we are happy to talk to our customers! Call us with your order and payment details. If we are not here or are busy in the workshop please leave a message on the 24 hour answer service.

Payment

We accept payment by Credit or Debit card.

If payment is to take the form of debit or credit card, this can be made online or over the phone, and before we commence work on your order.

Please note any delay in submitting payment by either method may impact on the quoted lead time.

Design Approval

For engraved personalised items we will email you a simulation of the design before we start making your order. At this point we will also advise an estimated delivery date.

Please note we do require approval of the design and any delay in approval may mean that we are not able to meet the quoted delivery date.
